EPIPHANY is committed to providing you with the very best quality of products. We also work on standard sizing charts. We do not offer any alteration or made-to-order services at this time.

We ship internationally using DHL & ARAMEX. Ground shipping in the UAE is through ARAMEX also.

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will never be shared with any third parties. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

For UAE ground-shipping orders, delivery should be expected within working 3 days.

For international shipping orders, delivery is expected to take up to 7 business days.

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

We accept payment from Visa and MasterCard. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by PayTabs.

EPIPHANY will not be taking orders via telephone or WhatsApp.

We do not charge taxes or duties on any products. However, once your order arrives at its destination you may be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the order tracking page and press the “Track” button. This was sent to you via email on your receipt upon purchase.


Products purchased online may be returned in its original form (unwashed and unworn) with the original price tags intact. Items need to be returned within 7 calendar days of their receipt. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of items at our headquarters and once they are checked by our quality team. Refunds will be issued in the form of online credit for future purchases with us.  If you have received an item from Epiphany as a gift, you can return it in exchange for an online store credit for the current selling price.
